All replacement batteries including ours for iPhone XS and above will NOT display the battery health feature, also it will show a battery message. This also applies to a genuine Apple donor battery. The battery message from the Home Screen will disappear 4 days after replacing the battery and will automatically disappear after 15 days from the settings page.  If you want the battery health to be displayed and the battery service messages not to show up at all then the only way you can achieve this is by having your battery replaced at the Apple shop, this is because the Apple store reprograms the iPhone after battery replacement to remove these messages and enable the battery health feature once again.  Apple have done this to restrict DIY battery replacements so that they can capitalise on the more expensive battery replacement service that they provide.
